C-Nile "Da Frozen Child" is rapper originally from Mobile, Alabama. He debuted in Houston with the rest of the S.U.C originals on a few albums before his solo-debut album "Da Golden Child", which featured other S.U.C originals such as Z-Ro, Lil Keke and Big Pokey.
